Join me, along with Tej Sangeet Kaur and James at the peak of the Lionsgate Portal, a time associated with personal growth and new beginnings.

Held outdoors in the beautiful and tranquil Walled Garden, this special experience invites you to connect with nature as you journey inward. 

We will begin with a guided meditation and gentle light activation, inviting you to connect with your inner wisdom, release what is ready to be let go of, and open to new possibilities. Through visualisation and intention, you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and renewal.

You will then be invited to relax deeply as the healing sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments wash over you. The vibrations help to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system and create space for rest, reflection and inner connection.

Whether you are seeking relaxation, clarity, healing or simply a peaceful evening for yourself, this experience offers a beautiful opportunity to pause and reconnect.
