My own path into this work wasn't shaped by training alone. It was shaped by life.
Like many women, I've experienced times that asked me to slow down, question everything and rediscover what truly mattered. In 2022, my experience of ovarian cancer deepened that understanding in ways I could never have imagined. It strengthened my belief that healing isn't about fixing ourselves, but about reconnecting with who we truly are with compassion, courage and honesty.
Those experiences continue to shape the way I hold space today.
I don't believe healing follows a single path. Every woman brings her own story, experiences and hopes. That's why I create personalised healing experiences that honour where you are, offering a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, rediscover your inner wisdom and move forward with greater confidence, peace and authenticity.
My role isn't to have all the answers.
It's simply to walk beside you, hold a safe and compassionate space, and trust in your own innate capacity to heal, grow and remember who you truly are.
