My path wasn’t shaped by training alone. It was shaped by life.
For years I had a career that looked good on paper, and a quiet feeling there was more. I steered clear of anything spiritual because it just didn’t feel like me.
Like many women, I’ve lived through times that asked me to slow down, question everything and work out what really mattered. In 2022, ovarian cancer was one of those times. It strengthened my belief that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about reconnecting with who we truly are through compassion, courage and honesty.
Those experiences shape how I hold space today. My role is simply to walk beside you and hold a safe and compassionate space. Your journey is yours to explore, and your story is yours to write.
