Usui Reiki Training

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports deep relaxation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing. It works holistically, helping to balance the mind and body, calm the nervous system, ease stress and tension, and activate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki beautifully complements both conventional medicine and other holistic healing approaches, making it a supportive practice for everyday life as well as professional healing work.

Throughout your Reiki journey, you will be guided to deeply feel and connect with the Reiki energy that flows through all of us. You will learn how to work confidently with this energy while also understanding how to manage and protect your own energy, so that giving healing feels nourishing rather than draining.

Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing and personal transformation. You will learn the foundations of Reiki, receive attunements, and gain practical experience in giving Reiki to yourself and others.

On completion of Level 1, you will be able to:

• Practise Reiki as a self-healing tool
• Offer Reiki treatments to friends and family
• Develop awareness of energy, grounding and self-care

Reiki Level 2 deepens your connection to Reiki and opens the door to professional practice. You will learn Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques and how to work with Reiki on a more focused and intentional level.

On completion of Level 2, you will be able to:

• Practise as a Reiki practitioner
• Offer in-person Reiki treatments
• Send Reiki across distance
• Work more confidently and intuitively with energy

Reiki Master / Teacher Training is for those who feel called to fully embody Reiki and pass it on to others. This training supports you in stepping into mastery, leadership and teaching, and is available twelve months after completing Level 2.

Your investment:

• Level 1 - £160 (1 day training)
• Level 2 - £200 (1 day training)
• Master / Teacher - £300 (2 day training - 12 months after Level 2)

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on all courses, with the remaining balance due before the training date.

The course fee includes certificates, comprehensive course manuals and ongoing support after the course via email or telephone.

Training will run from 9.30am - 5.30pm.
