Chakradance

From 6th September – 25th October 2024 (7.30pm – 9pm)

Unleash the energy and power within you through Chakradance, a unique movement meditation designed to alleviate the stresses of modern life and restore your entire being to a state of serene vitality. Chakradance sessions feature spontaneous, free-style dance movements set to music that resonates with each of the major chakras, our energy centers. This practice invites you to dance from within, embarking on a dynamic spiritual journey and guided meditation through your chakras. After the dance, you channel the energy into creating a mandala art piece.

The dance allows you to experience the energy of your chakras, while the art helps you visualise and reflect on your inner world. Combining dance, mandala art, opening and closing meditations, and a sharing circle, this practice offers a truly transformational experience.

This series (You are not required to attend the entire course; you can choose the sessions that best suit your needs) is a profound journey for those seeking freedom in every aspect of life —physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. If you desire a life that is fulfilling, joyful, passionate, and abundant, this course is perfect for you. 

We begin with an introduction, dancing through all the chakras, then each subsequent week, we delve into one chakra, moving from the root to the crown. In the final week, we integrate our experiences, reflecting on our chakra mandalas and sharing our healing journeys.

Sacral Chakra - 20th September
Solar Plexus - 27th September
Heart Chakra - 4th October
Throat Chakra - 11th October
Third Eye Chakra - 18th October
Crown Chakra - 25th October

Each week will follow this flow:

• Opening Circle
• Gentle Yoga warm up and meditation
• Chakradance Journey
• Mandala creation
• Sharing Circle for integration
