What to Expect: 

• Meditation: Each day will include a guided meditation practice, allowing yourself to connect deeply with your inner self and cultivate a sense of peace.
• Sound bath: Experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong and Koshi chimes.
• Journalling and Vision Board: Explore what your soul to help you gain clarity and focus on your goals and any obstacles standing in your way of achieving them. You will then be guided through the process of putting those goals on to paper to create your own personalised vision board to take home.
• Nature Walks: Explore the grounds of the Abbey, and Quiet Garden for reflection and peace.

You can choose to do as much or as little as you like. 

Please note that no yoga is included in this retreat.
