Feeling like you need a reset? A gentle day to breathe, soften, and come back to yourself.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of time just for you, this retreat offers a calm and supportive space to step away from the noise and reset.

Set within beautiful private woodland, the day is designed to help you slow down, clear your head and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided movement, relaxation, creative activities, and simple reflective practices, you will be gently supported throughout.

Do I need any experience with meditation or movement?

Not at all. Everything is gently guided and accessible for all levels. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What should I bring with me?

Comfortable clothing, something warm for being outdoors, and anything you may need to feel relaxed (such as a blanket, journal, or water bottle). Full details will be sent after booking.

Can I come on my own?

Many women come alone. It is a warm, welcoming space, and you will be gently held within the group.

I feel like I need this… but I am not sure if it is for me.

If you are feeling the pull, that is usually your answer. This day is for women who are ready to pause, breathe, and give themselves some space. You do not need to be “spiritual” or have anything figured out. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Will I feel out of place if I am quite quiet or not used to groups?

This is a gentle, supportive space where there is no pressure to share or be a certain way. You can take things at your own pace. Many women arrive feeling unsure and leave feeling more at ease and connected.

What will I leave with?

A sense of calm, clarity, and space within yourself. Many women leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a deeper connection to what they need moving forward. AND A GOODIE BAG !
