Join Tej Sangeet Kaur, James and me to a magical Outdoor Summer Solstice Gong Bath in a stunning new location at Brantridge Park, Balcombe.

We will gather in a beautiful walled garden surrounded by trees, open sky, summer light and the healing energy of nature to honour the longest day of the year.

The Summer Solstice is a powerful portal of light, expansion and renewal — a time to pause, breathe deeply, reconnect to the Earth and allow yourself to simply receive.

As you lie comfortably on the grass, the healing vibrations of the Gongs will wash through your body, calming the mind, relaxing the nervous system and helping you reconnect to peace within.

There is something truly special about experiencing the sound of the Gongs outdoors… feeling the warmth of the evening sun, hearing the birds and breeze around you, connecting to the earth beneath you and the vastness of the sky above.
