Do I need any experience to join?

Not at all! This circle is open to all women, whether it’s your first time or you’ve attended many before. It’s a safe and welcoming space to explore meditation, movement, and sound healing at your own pace.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat and anything that makes you feel comfortable—such as a journal, a shawl or blanket, and a bottle of water.

What can I expect from the experience?

You’ll be guided through a mix of meditation, gentle movement, chanting, and sound healing, all designed to help you feel relaxed, empowered, and connected. There’s no pressure to do anything—just come as you are and enjoy the journey.
